Born in London, England of Swiss/Jamaican parentage and educated in Jamaica and the United States, with a background in finance, Jennifer Hilton brings to the Company over 30 years of experience in tourism, including ten years with Thomson Holidays, UK and Maritz Travel- Incentives, USA. She is the powerhouse behind the success of the family business, for which she has been officially recognized locally and overseas. With extensive travels in Europe, she is in-tune with the needs of the European traveler, while still respecting the need to have staff with an understanding of each country’s unique culture and needs.

Tobi King, Executive Director
Educated at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland, Tobi King is focused on the development and implementation of our new and modern reservations system, tour management software and coordinating a total face-lift to our website. The Company recognizes the constant need to keep pace with the rapid changes in technology and with her expertise in technology, we are further able to exceed our clients expectations. Tobi is also in charge of our contracting department and sourcing new product in the Caribbean and Central America.

Educated at Williams College in Massachusetts in the United States and the Mahindra United World College in India, April King oversees our contracting department along with Angela Meetz and Irina Pennicott, and is directly responsible for all data entryfor Mexico and Costa Rica. She is currently expanding Holiday Services' presence in the region by developing our program for all of Central and South America. With a background in the entertainment business, April is also hard at work creating luxury specialized programs for most highend clientele.

A Northern Caribbean University (NCU) Mandeville, Jamaica graduate, Cassandra is currently in charge of the ground operations in Jamaica. This includes supervising the Airport Operations, Fleet Management, Tours Management, Tour Representatives and Tour Guides to ensure a smooth operation.

Natalia Viktorova, Director Moscow Office
Based in the Moscow office, Natalia is in charge of promotions with travel agencies and tour operators primarily in Russia, Ukraine and other countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States - the whole territory of the former USSR. She supervises our team in Moscow, coordinates our attendance and participation at regional fairs and trade shows, operates our Russian Website and liaises with press and trade to ensure that we retain the highest presences as the leading operator to the Caribbean. Born in Russia, Moscow Region, Natalia completed an Academy for Tourism and has worked for many leading companies within the tourism industry for over ten years.

Peta-Gaye is an itergral part of the Holiday Services team. Along with Cassandra, she ensures that our busses are ontime and well maintained. Coordinates with the drivers, guides and representaives and also the various attractions to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with world class service.
