She is the powerhouse behind the success of the family business, for which she has been officially recognized locally and overseas. With extensive travels in Europe, she is in-tune with the needs of the European traveler, while still respecting the need to have staff with an understanding of each country’s unique culture and needs.

Educated at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and The DeVry University in Florida, United States, Tobi Romero is focused on the development and implementation of our new and modern reservations system, while coordinating a total face-lift to our website. A new fresh look to our company logo, buses and offices is now in progress. The Company recognizes the constant need to keep pace with the rapid changes in technology in order to satisfy our clients needs for real-time answers to queries, which only an automated, first class computerized system will generate. Tobi is also in charge of all contracting and data entry for Jamaica, Cuba, The Dominican Republic, Central and South America.

A Hungarian National, Noemi grew up in Germany, earning her master’s degree in Business Administration Tourism Management at the University of Applied Sciences, Deggendorf, Germany. Noemi is based in charge of Tour Operator Liaison, Online Tour Operators, Incentive Groups and Special requests. Recently promoted to General Manager, Noemi now oversees the operations and representative departments.

Based in the Moscow office, Natalia is in charge of promotions with travel agencies and tour operators primarily in Russia, Ukraine and other countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States - the whole territory of the former USSR. She supervises our team in Moscow, coordinates our attendance and participation at regional fairs and trade shows, operates our Russian Website and liaises with press and trade to ensure that we retain the highest presences as the leading operator to the Caribbean. Born in Russia, Moscow Region, Natalia completed an Academy for Tourism and has worked for many leading companies within the tourism industry for over ten years.

Tania Bauwens, Manager Negril office & Go Direct Brand
Based in Negril, Tania is in charge of the Company's Go Direct Brand, a direct-sell operation owned and operated by Holiday Services. Born in Belgium, Tania graduated in Languages and Graphic Designs at the Higro School in Ghent. Tania has been living and working in Jamaica for over 10 years, and has a great passion for the Island and it's people. She has been a Customer Service Representative for European & North America Tour operators and also worked with many Incentive groups. These experiences from varied fields within the industrymakes Tania the idea person to operate and manage our new Go Direct office in Negril. Go Direct is an information center attending to visitors from all over the world. It's products include an internet café, a reliable Negril shuttle bus service and low cost tours.
